Wine

Straw yellow in color with slight greenish reflections. Its intense and elegant aroma is reminds tomato rose and violet flowers. In taste it is soft, full, aromatic and typical.

Recommended food

It goes well with fish, crostaceous and seafood. This wine is recommended with smoked specialities, e.g. smoked trout, ham and ricotta.
