Malvasia IGT Venezia Giulia
Straw yellow in color with slight greenish reflections. Its clean aroma reminds to thyme and white pepper. It is a wine of character. In taste it is lively reminding citrus.
It goes well with fish, particularly crustacea. In the regional cuisine it is usually served with grilled seabass and gilthead and with sardines in savor (with onions).
