VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE:
Following the grape crushing, the must is put into the tank for maceration. During maceration at controlled temperature the must is pumped from the bottom up to the top in order to wet the cap of skins. The next step is separatine the wine from its sediments.
WINE:
Ruby red in color tending toward violet. The aroma is fine and intense, reminding rose and pepper. Vanilla reminiscences are recognizable. A well structured wine suggesting the softness of the velvet on the palate..
ALCOHOLOMETRIC DEGREE:
12 - 13% VOL
RECOMMENDED FOOD:
A wine to be served with the typical country cuisine, above all with local game.
