VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE:
First the grapes undergo a soft pressing (crushing and destimming) and then follows the traditional vinification for white wines at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
WINE:
Straw yellow in color with slight reflections. Its aroma is typical and slightly fruity. In taste is well structured.
ALCOHOLOMETRIC DEGREE:
13 -14% VOL
RECOMMENDED FOOD:
It goes well with first courses, soups, risottos with meat. In the regional cuisine it is served with pumpkin gnocchi, eggs and aspargus, risottos with herbs
