VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE:
Following the grape crushing, the must is put into the tank for maceration. During maceration at controlled temperature the must is pumped from the bottom up to the top in order to wet the cap of skins. The next step is separatine the wine from its sediments.
WINE:
Ruby red in color with a fruity aroma, above all of wild berries.
ALCOHOLOMETRIC DEGREE:
12,5 - 13% VOL
RECOMMENDED FOOD:
It goes well with risotto, white and red meat.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE:
18°C.
